Right from the beginning the philosophy of Infiniti is to be an organization with “Process” as their value chain. To achieve this, the organization has been built with a well-organized team structure having SMEs for every function, who are supported by equally qualified and experienced staff.   

Infiniti has launched a subsidiary organization as “Infiniti Engineering Services”, to effectively deliver the after sales services, such as Warranty Maintenance & Annual Maintenance Contracts with the clientele.  Also, a separate vertical for Facility Management services has been launched for Property Maintenance & Engineering services
